Bioengineering question I have.?

Now, I have a... I guess it's a secret desire, but I've always wanted to know: is it possible to give someone scales for skin, talons for fingernails, a reptilian tail, slitted pupils, a 'maw' I want to say, and questionably wings. Yes, I'm asking if modern or near modern science can bioengineer draconic traits and instill them into a human! (No breathing techniques, please. I'd rather not spontaneously burn my school work.!) I just see power in every aspect of the dragon species, and I was wondering if one can become closer to them in at least apearance. Weird, I know, but I'm serious about this. Only the proffesionals and experts in the subject of human bioengineering need apply. I don't need any flak from society for me wanting to be weirdly and uniquely different.
