Which one is better 'Tata indica' or Innova for office Trasnportation ??

hi frds..am due for a speech in office..the situation goes this way..that if i handle the trasnport dept..and if ive to choose btwn Tata Indica and Innova..which one will i choose..it has to be better for both the employee and the company...wat points i can give ??? plz give me some smart points..this is for my appraisal..thx..
