Question about MRI & MRV?

i had an MRI recently, and something was seen in the jugular foreman, no dye bc i can't have it, but then i had an MRV of the brain, and i received a note from the doctor saying the MRV looked good. i'm happy about that, but what happened to what was seen on the MRI? i don't have a follow up with my neuro until next week. just wondering if anyone here had the same thing or something similar happen. thanks.
