I leave my child 14/7, baby sitter about to file for...?

I leave my child 14 hours a day, 7 days a week. My babysitter’s mother is threatening to file for child abandonment, and mental abuse due to neglect. She is a "lawyer". The child is 3 years of age. I pay the sitter enough. I am doing nothing wrong. Why would she do this? What am I doing?
