My did my school dean say this to me??

Okay so I got suspended (like 6 months ago) but I still wonder why was my dean acting this was??? I was pulled out of my art cl and was told to go to in-house (my school's suspension room) all the deans of my school take places teaching in in-house. My mini-school's dean was the teacher 4 that period. So I entered in-house and stood in front of my dean she was like "explain to me what this is" she handed me a paper of what I said to my science teacher (I threatened him with revenge but I was just joking with him) I didn't say anything then she sai "did u think it was funny" I nodded my head and she said "can u speak? Are u handy cap because I just want to make sure I'm not violating your rights" she said in a smart @ss tone I said no and just shut my mouth then she said "u are either going to speak or i'll call Christian and make him call the cops on u. Maybe they'll make u talk" and she was serious. At that point i began to cry. don't I have the right to not speak if I don't want to??? She can't force me to talk can she??? She doesn't have the right to yell at me either because it clearly states in my school's student rights that a teaccher/dean/principle/ap can not yell at you. So can that bee-yotch force me to speak???
