How to get the frizz out?

I have naturally curly hair. The lenghth it is now (shoulder lenghth) makes it wavy, but curly on the ends. :( I can't grow it longer cuz it's VERY thin and I don't want it any shorter. How can I get the frizz out without blow drying or straightening it every day? If I let it dry natural it is HIDEOUS!!! It looks like a big nasty hillbilly afro!! Ughhhh!! I HATE it. PLEASE HELP!!
