She won't hate you, though she may either keep watch waiting for her kitten, or she may avoid you for a day or two. I think the best idea is to get her neutered and then let her go back to being a stray cat if you can't take her in. My local SPCA does free neutering of stray cats every once and a while, it keeps the stray cat population down, and cuts down on needless kitten deaths.
