Am I the only one on Miltion Bradley's side?

No you're not. Regardless of Bradley's past, Winters way overstepped his bounds by starting something with a player like that. If the flipped bat was that big of a deal, it should have been handled then, not later on in the game. Did Bradley maybe over react a bit? Probably, but if the ump had simply kept his mouth shut and stuck to calling the game, the whole situation would have never started, let alone gotten to the level of intensity that it did. Anyone that thinks that the umpire was right in doing what he did has absolutely no clue about what the umpire is supposed to be doing. Although I really doubt he has the guts to do anything about it, Bud Selig should suspend Winters for the rest of the season, then can him after it's over. But, having seen how Selig works, he'll just put his head in the sand, maybe send him home for the winter, and he'll be right back next season after this situation is forgotten. Having seen a lot of umpires that seem to have forgotten that the object of their job is NOT to be recognized, I would love for Selig to send a message out that there job is to call the game and to actually try to avoid confrontations with players rather then start them.
