Anyone 18 weeks pregnant?

do you get a feeling of discomfort/pain in your cervix? i have lots of discharge and lots of a pinching feeling in my , i keep thinking its going to open and im gonig to lose the baby, does anyone have that feeling down there or should i be worried? its like shocking shooting pains every few minutes, i had it before but now im worried being so far along, babys fine i had ultrasound yesterday , dr app is tuesdya and i'll have her check my cervix, but i was cleared of BV last week from medicine.
