I got a speeding ticket/no seatbelt ticket..?

I was going 103mph on the freeway in California & my daughter had no seatbelt she took it off when I told her that cops where behind us to see where and why they were talking on the loud speaker telling us to pull over.. what would my fine be?what happens?
