Besides, with more firms entering into the same market everyday, the mamager must find a ninche in the market, be more innovative and proactive in business strategies as new-comers usually tends to hold the upperhand in terms of risk-taking and creativity in executing their business.They tend to market their product greatly by themselves instead of waiting for producers or third party to do so. Besides, with the fluctuating market, investment decisions are hard to be made. Managers also face problems in maintaining motivation among staff as people nowadays are more big-headed and demanding.
