Where to stay at Seoul if I'm under 18 (because hotels require to be 18+)?

Hi, I am 17 years old and will be going to Seoul in June *by myself*, I have the plane tickets, directions, and everything I need to know to not get lost there, but I don't have a place to stay since most hotels won't allow their bookers to be under 18, and I don't want to just find a 'home stay' on craigslist because there might be frauds, (I AM at another country, after all), so does anyone know any safe resources as in where I can stay?
