Why do Jews have such a dominance at the Federal Reserve?

This is an honest question not an accusation. If you look at the Chairman of the fed, or the board of governors, jews have always controlled the fed. Even in the 20's respected people were complaining about the jews controlling the monetary system. They make up less than 3% of the population, and have always controlled the monetary system. Now that Bernanke is on thin ice, he will get reconfirmed because there is nobody else in the entire country who can do it. I know Ben Bernanke is not the smartest person in the country, and I know there are plenty of gentiles who are smart enough to do it. Why do Jews have to control the fed?
