Why doesn't Syria, Saudi Arabia, or Egypt send armies to fight Al Queda? They verbally condemn their actions?

but it's all lip service. Muslims claim they are peaceful people and they condemn the radical islamists, but isn't that like saying we condemn rapists or Tim Mc Veigh but we won't do anything to stop them? I know BL is from Saudi originally, but still, shouldn't ideology be stronger than a fellow countyman who is a madman. ACTIONS speak louder than words.
